I took my Buick Enclave in for a repair, terrible communication from Dakota on the progress. I asked for a service on the car and that wasn’t done completely, just changed the oil at the last minute communication from Dakota on the progress. I asked for a service on the car and that wasn’t done completely, just changed the oil at the last minute because they forgot. I had to call them multiple times for updates. A few days after the “service” I paid for the coolant was empty from a pin hole in the radiator. They never bothered to check any other fluid levels. The repair it came in for is not done correctly, it will need to go to a different shop to be repaired don’t trust this place with your car. More

In over 30 years of owning and operating a vehicle I’ve never had a worse experience with a dealership. I’m promised callbacks and do not get them from the service department. I was placed on hold for 10 m never had a worse experience with a dealership. I’m promised callbacks and do not get them from the service department. I was placed on hold for 10 minutes by the service department. Their service department is unable to properly diagnose issues. My vehicle has been in there no less than five times for the same issue. my car was in for a problem with the back up camera from July 23 to Aug 2 . I had to return the car back on August 12 for the same problem. the car sat at dealer till August 21. on the 21 I called Joe O July 23 to Aug 2 .
