I wish I could say as a first time buyer that it was a great experience. But it was actually really awful and I was truly so disappointed and upset with the whole team at Brent brown. I am telling everyon great experience. But it was actually really awful and I was truly so disappointed and upset with the whole team at Brent brown. I am telling everyone I know not to go to them because they will regret working with such difficult, dishonest, scammy sales people. Many that I’ve talked to about this experience agreed that when they went to Brent brown in Orem they felt awful and scammed as well. Each person we worked with was worst than the last and we deeply regret choosing this dealership with these people. STAY AWAY! More

*** NEW UPDATE: PLEASE READ While I was helped by Sydney Terry in attempts to alleviate my negative experience with the 4runner I leased by Bob Sanders previous, I have continued to have had a terrib Sydney Terry in attempts to alleviate my negative experience with the 4runner I leased by Bob Sanders previous, I have continued to have had a terrible experience with the 4Runner I got, the maintenance department and not treated fairly. I continue to look back and still feel taken advantage of. I still have negative feelings about the situation I was left upside down in, not to mention the mental stress and literal sickness I felt at the time. I truly hope they will make this finally right as I look into making a new vehicle purchase. If not, I will go with Karl Malone for all future purchases and will continue to encourage everyone to as well. I will keep you posted in the near future on whether they will truly make this right and equitable and how my experience goes with Karl Malone. If you do decide to purchase here, please stay away from Bob Sanders, Nate Casper, and Kelly Christiansen. I highly encourage you to first talk to Sydney Terry, as she is the only one who truly tried to help me. Please reach out and I will tell you more about my experience. ----------------------------------------------------------------- Previous review: "The Brent Brown Sales Management team led by Kelly Christensen and Brett Hansen is incredibly misleading, deceptive and far from truthful. They certainly do not "bend over backwards" for their customers and care more about the (dirty) money they make rather than keeping people as life long customers. I've gone through ALL avenues to make things honest and right and they have (in person) made it clear that is not what they are interested in. I've spend hours going up the "chain of command" only to end discussion with the Sales Management team and an unhelpful (unrepresented) customer service rep- Karyn Clement. They refuse to let me speak with any upper management- specifically, Larry Terry. I was first misinformed, misguided, and misled by a grandfatherly, and honest appearing salesman- Bob Sanders then finalized the rotten deal with Nate Casper. They have lost any benefit of doubt. They are friendly and seemingly good, but it is a facade." More

First and foremost, STAY FAR AWAY from sales manager Brian Boyd! Second, I would never a purchase a vehicle from this dealership again. While I appreciated my salesperson, Mac Viehweg, the dealership as Brian Boyd! Second, I would never a purchase a vehicle from this dealership again. While I appreciated my salesperson, Mac Viehweg, the dealership as a whole was SLOPPY and I'm sure it remains SLOPPY!!!! Take pictures of the entire deal- from the second you start wheeling and dealing to the end; physically TAKE OUT YOUR CAMERA AND TAKE PICTURES OF EACH AND EVERY STEP OF THE DEAL OR SHEET of the deal; that's right deal do not ever pay sticker price for a vehicle. Next, simply ask which fees can be removed and which must stay...about a grand can be deducted from overages (do research; very few fees must stay). Trust me document everything! I HAVE SAID THIS BEFORE AND I FEEL INCLINED TO SAY IT AGAIN, STAY CLEAR OF SALES MANAGER BRIAN BOYD. Moving onto to the finance department, the finance persons upsale everything at their own discretion and leave out important info like changing 72 months of payments to 75 months to lower the monthly payment!!! Stay clear of Nate Casper in the finance department. STAY CLEAR!!! If you are still inclined to purchase from this dealership, read every single line on every single page during the financial process, ask questions until you are 100 percent satisfied before signing a single form. Better yet, ask for all forms to be printed, take all forms home with you, read each and every line, formulate a list of questions, demand answers, and understand in totality before signing anything form. Sign all forms when you are ready and SIGN THE FOLLOWING DAY!!! DO NOT ALLOW THIS DEALERSHIP TO PRESSURE YOU INTO SIGNING A SINGLE FORM UNTIL YOU ARE READY. It would serve you to work from the negotiated price of the vehicle...yes THE NEGOTIATED PRICE OF THE VEHICLE and then work from this price versus working from a lump sum which is not clearly defined. Make a point to understand the math and start with the negotiated price! There a form that lists the negotiated price of the vehicle and continues from there (adds taxes and fees from this point). The financer will likely omit this form in favor of a form that works better for the company's agenda in order to make as much money as possible instead of respecting your agenda to save your money. Trust me on this, it will save you many headaches and money! Again, and I cant emphasize the following enough: ask the name of the assigned salemanager and do yourself a solid favor if it is Brian Boyd, WALK OUT, at the very least, demand another sales manager!!! I'm sure the dealership will fabricate a fancy response to this review...as the dealership offered attempted to placate me by offering 250.00 for each new referral I brought to the dealership; finding yet another way to pad their profits over doing right by a customer. I have opted to write an honest review rather than be placated. More
