Crystal, the internet sales associate, was very responsive when I started the process. The salesman that I was handed off to was nice but slow at responding. When I picked the vehicle up though, I responsive when I started the process. The salesman that I was handed off to was nice but slow at responding. When I picked the vehicle up though, I appreciated that he was very throrough about showing me all the features and getting me set up with the Starlink & Android Auto. The credit manager was also very nice but that process took a long time and, even though I was expecting it, was annoyed by the sales pitch for the extended warranties, etc. More
