Karla was exceptional! When we walked in, she first listened to what we wanted. Then, without wasting our time on a sales pitch, she got us into a vehicle we wanted to test When we walked in, she first listened to what we wanted. All along she maintained a very professional and friendly posture. We went back and forth in our bargaining for the best deal but it was never confrontational, in fact, I have already told two people to go to her to buy their next car -- she is that good! More
