The advisor I had carrie was great however they told me that they couldn't warranty my brake caliper due to excessive damage to it from me replacing my brakes, took the caliper off and there was a small sc that they couldn't warranty my brake caliper due to excessive damage to it from me replacing my brakes, took the caliper off and there was a small scratch on the piston no other damage, reached out yesterday to get in touch with the service manager and still never heard back. Very disappointed because I used to hold you all in high regard but now may end up having to go elsewhere because I'm not sure I can trust the service department here anymore. More
