I had the worst experience at the dealer. I asked for a ride home and was left in the waiting room for hours. I also was without a car for two days and the only thing I got done to my vehicle I asked for a ride home and was left in the waiting room for hours. I also was without a car for two days and the only thing I got done to my vehicle was an oil change. I still have to come back for tires and I still have to come back for my stereo. I feel like I was overcharged and given an estimate for services that are not needed. I do not feel like they did a thorough check on my stereo. It does not sound like my front stereo is out, but they are charging me to fix it because it’s more labor. I also did not have a good experience As a woman, I felt there was no sense of urgency when it came to me, If it weren’t for recalls, I would never come to Chevy to get my car serviced More
