My car was totaled and I was dreading the process of finding and buying a new car. Dealerships can be intimidating and overwhelming. However, Ken was personable and approachable, which I appreciated ver finding and buying a new car. Dealerships can be intimidating and overwhelming. However, Ken was personable and approachable, which I appreciated very much. Those are exactly the traits I’m looking for when working with a salesperson. The environment he worked to create was inviting and welcoming, which is why I kept coming back to test drive cars and finally settling on one. The staff at Ed Martin Nissan was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They worked hard to answer all my questions and address my concerns. I highly recommend working with Ken for his excellent service. I drove out of there with a 2021 Nissan Rogue SV and I’m very happy with my purchase. More

First off, I researched the car online and did the buy at home option to get an idea of what my payment would be. When we went into the dealership, they tried to tack on another 7000 and told me the online p home option to get an idea of what my payment would be. When we went into the dealership, they tried to tack on another 7000 and told me the online price included every possible rebate and the cars would never sell at that price. We agreed to a price that was 4000 more than posted online. I told the sales lady that I would not budge on my loan being 60 months or less and I did not want any extras. We went to the finance manager, Mark, who seems like a nice guy, but he is very good at tricking you. He ran through all the documents saying this is just this sign here. He didn't give me or my husband time to review what we were signing, nor did he tell us we had other options. We ended up paying 2000 more down than we originally planned with the payments being more than a 100 a month over what was expected. When we got home and looked at the contract, it was for 75 months with over 9000 in extra warranties. When I contacted our original sales lady and later the general manager, they were all rude and told me I was presented all options and would have to live with the 75 payments because there was nothing, they could do about it. They were extremely rude, and I will not return. I will also encourage everyone I know to not shop here. More
