After writing previous glowing review when purchasing I became very disappointed. So far I was happy with service even though it took six months to get confirmation of free oil change. The advertisement for the car I saw online said it was a certified preowned car AND the sticker on the car said there was a warranty included. But when I went to the finance department to sign the final pap certified preowned car AND the sticker on the car said there was a warranty included. But when I went to the finance department to sign the final paperwork they told me it was not certified and they told me I needed to pay $2,400 for a warranty. Total rip-off. More
