I have a disability that makes communications a challenge at times. But these folks never missed a beat. I've never been treated better in terms of professionalism, respect and good humor. It was a great all around experience. Karifa was a joy to work with and went above and beyond introducing me to many of the higher end cars on the floor, even though he knew my purchase plans were pretty humble by comparison. Kyrstie was a real pro and got me in and out of the finance shop in record time. Having said all that, I got a smoking deal on a gently used Alfa; the car and the financing.
