This dealer is highly recommended. They are honest and very easy to deal with. Very nice staff. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Great and strong cars. Don't waste your time elsewhere. The associates here are pushy, attitudinal, and lack sight of the customer's goal - only looking to put you into a brand new vehicle to meet their goal numbers. The dealership lacks transparency, make s sight of the customer's goal - only looking to put you into a brand new vehicle to meet their goal numbers. The dealership lacks transparency, make sure you're familiar with their ridiculous fees or you may waste your time like I did. I drove two hours from Philly, for a 5pm appointment to test drive a Jeep. The vehicle was not ready when I got there and the gas light was on when it was brought to the front. The gas level was so low that the range was just a dashed line. Being unfamiliar with the area, that was not comforting. The front receptionist and Karen Mateo, my sales associate, were mid conversation when I walked into the store. The receptionist greeted me as if I were interrupting their conversation and had no knowledge of my appointment. Karen was not knowledgeable. To many of my questions, Karen's answer was "I don't know anything about that, that's not something we normally discuss with a customer". When asking for information on the prospective vehicle I was told countless times "That information is not given to customers." Karen was also persistent in needing my SSN, knowing that I was not doing in-house financing through the dealership. In that case, there would be no reason for needing my SSN. When I requested Karen to bring a manager that could go into detail about the price breakdown I was told "It's the last day of the month and he is busy. If I get him to talk to you, you will have to agree to the down-payment". So the only way to speak with a higher up is by agreeing to a price that I'm saying makes no sense? When I expressed an interest in a 2023 Kia, Karen's response "2023? Not a 2024? Even if I can give you rebates that gets you a 2024 for the price of a 2023?" Every response to my inquiries were ways of trying to push me into a new vehicle. Vincent, the sales manager on shift, was not personable and lacked mannerisms. I was not greeted friendly by Vincent and he showed no concern for my reasons for coming into the dealership. When he came over his first statement was "This is not going to work. The only way this will work is if you get into the new Kia with the sunroof." Funny that the "only" way a deal could go through is by buying a new vehicle that I expressed an interest in to Karen... who is talking to Vincent in the back. When I asked Vincent for a breakdown on the numbers that were provided I was told "The numbers are the numbers, there's nothing we can do about it". Making a purchase for tens of thousands of dollars, I'm sure there is an explanation on how those numbers were calculated. More

I only saw Karen who is a very pleasant lady, however, I believe she failed me when she forgot to mention/suggest that I had the option to extend my lease which at this time and with this economy was a bett believe she failed me when she forgot to mention/suggest that I had the option to extend my lease which at this time and with this economy was a better financial choice for me. I also feel like they failed to give you offers/options to switch your lease vehicle prior to the end of the lease and lastly, when I lease my vehicle it came with a leaking oil tank and when I contacted the dealer regarding the issue they just patched it down instead of replacing the tank and when it was time to fi nance the vehicle, I was basically told that was a ne issue w/ the parts department.
