I am writing to express the wonderful experience my husband and I have had recently at Kia Preston, and it’s due largely in part to one of your valued employees, Karen Grcar. We have bought two Kia’ husband and I have had recently at Kia Preston, and it’s due largely in part to one of your valued employees, Karen Grcar. We have bought two Kia’s from Karen previously starting in 2008, and again in 2015. Because of our positive experience in the past buying from Karen, we decided to purchase from her again this past summer. This was our first time buying a used Kia, as we had purchased only new ones previously. After we purchased the vehicle, we noticed bumps , bruises and scratches that we had not thought to look for when we first purchased the car. Our mind was set as if we were buying a new car, so we did not think to inspect it. In addition, after we drove the car up and down some hills, which we could not do during a test ride, we noticed the brakes felt rumbly and “off”. We were disappointed in ourselves for not taking a closer look and paying more attention before the purchase, but Karen quickly rectified the situation by scheduling an appointment with the service and body shop. Working with Hannah and your service department was great. Hannah kept us informed throughout the process, explaining how the problem with the brakes was being fixed by trimming the rotors. The car came back a few times, and we noticed a few more bumps and bruises and dents (that we had not seen prior), and again, Karen was quick to rectify the situation. Her goal was to make us feel valued and to be happy with our purchase When all was said and done, the car came back looking brand new, beautiful, and running smoothly. We cannot thank Karen and Kia enough for such great service. We were truly made to feel like valued customers and not just a number. Karen went above and beyond to make sure everything was to our liking- and it certainly is! We will definitely recommend Karen and Kia to our friends and family. It is evident that Karen - and Kia Preston- truly cares about your customers. Kudos to Karen, Hannah and your whole team for making us feel confident and happy with our purchase! More

They've got a customer for life. My husband and I initially purchased a Sorento a year and a half ago (also a pleasant experience) but our family's needs have changed. Karen Grcar My husband and I initially purchased a Sorento a year and a half ago (also a pleasant experience) but our family's needs have changed. Karen Grcar struck up a conversation with my husband the last time we took the Sorento in, and since then she's been on the lookout for us. Last week we got the call that she had a potential match, and I couldn't be more delighted with what she found- a beautiful, gorgeously equipped, low mileage Sportage with heated seats and remote start, plus AWD. My son is autistic and will be attending a school that will require a two hour round trip drive each way on our part. Cleveland winters can get brutal and I am so happy to have the security of the right vehicle for us to get us safely and comfortably through them! Karen worked quickly with the sales manager to get us into the loan with the monthly payment that we needed, and everyone there was so nice to us. It's not the fastest of processes to buy a car, so we were there about 4 hours all told. Imagine having a spunky 8 year old with ADHD and autism getting bored at a car dealership- we were counting tiles on the floor as he jumped through them, moving to different desks, up and down and back and forth to the service waiting room and eating Doritos, and he had a slew of questions for Karen, plus other information to offer up. She was consistently patient and kind with him, as was everyone else we interacted with. That respect and compassion is more valuable to me than anything else anyone could offer. One other thing that I would like to mention and am EXTREMELY APPRECIATIVE of is the fact that we were able to take the Sportage home without having been detailed. That may seem counter-intuitive, but I have epilepsy. Getting a migraine is a very risky situation for me, as it can trigger a grand mal seizure. The number one reason I get migraines is due to smell. The vehicle was really clean anyhow, and they did vacuum it, but my request that no chemical cleaning products be used was honored. Sometimes people think I'm just being high-maintenance or dramatic, but it truly is something that is terribly problematic for me. Most service departments have their standard operating procedure for delivery of a used vehicle, and detailing is part of the prep they do. Karen took the time to ensure detailing was NOT being done, as I had requested. I could not be happier with our new (to us) car, the effort and understanding put in by Karen and the sales manager regarding finances, and the kindness they treated my son with. I've got their cards and am handing them out to everyone I know, and when the time comes that we need a different vehicle- I'll be back at Preston Superstore to see Karen Grcar. More

We traveled from Cincinnati to Burton Ohio, 240 miles one way trip to this Preston Superstore. Upon arrival we were made to feel right at home. Karen Grcar was the best. And her husband Frank was awesome. way trip to this Preston Superstore. Upon arrival we were made to feel right at home. Karen Grcar was the best. And her husband Frank was awesome. They made our purchase easy and painless. Hard to find real genuine people like Karen, Frank, and really all of the team there at this Superstore. We had a long tired ride back home to Cincinnati, but it was more than worth the trip. No buyer's remorse here! Thanks for such a great car buying experience, one we'll never forget. More

Karen Grcar got me the car I wanted right down to the specs and trim in the car I wanted (2021 Forte GT2) after coming back from a year prior when I was on the fence to just test drive something. She is awesome and glad I got to work with her, finance, payment range structure of deal she worked with me to make it happen even got to have my car delivered out in Cleveland while they finished detailing it up and putting new tires on it. This is the second car I have bought from Preston and Bill Preston even stopped by to see how everything was going. Well worth a consideration if your in the market or on the fence about upgrading. More
