On Monday, November 26, 2024, I called the dealership at 10:00 am to get an appointment to have some work done on my Cadillac XT5. Asked for service department, phone rang and rang and rang. Fine they are 10:00 am to get an appointment to have some work done on my Cadillac XT5. Asked for service department, phone rang and rang and rang. Fine they are busy. Called back 45 minutes later. Asked for service and the phone rang and rang and rang. Must be really busy. Called back at approximately 5:00 pm. Again, asked for service. Again phone just rang and rang and rang. Called again at 6:15. Same thing. Finally when the phone rang back to the operator, I left my name and number. No callback. Called again this morning. Same thing, left my name and number. I finally get a return phone call at 5:30 this evening. I've leased cars from this dealership for over 15 years and can't make an appointment to bring the car in when I have the time to bring it in because no one answers the phone over there nor do they return phone calls promptly. I've had problems with this dealership in the past and the customer service just keeps going downhill. It's really to bad this dealership is the only game in town for Cadillac. I think in the future, I'll be going to another make, not another Cadillac. More

The company itself was not bad at all. Place was easy to find and clean. The welcome person was a pleasant greeter. Dealing with Emily was spectacular. She was kind, warm, friendly and Place was easy to find and clean. The welcome person was a pleasant greeter. Dealing with Emily was spectacular. She was kind, warm, friendly and very knowledgable. Kara was frustrating to work with, that is how we ended up with Emily. Kara talked down to you as if you didn't have a brain cell. Very arrogant. Craig the general manager was amazing. He was patient, kind and understanding. ALWAYS returned my call and his follow through was spot on. The only other issue we had was with the finance dept. The gal there was very snooty. She didn't give us all the paperwork that was needed while we were there however, made us pay another company to do all the paperwork as we were out of town buyers. 3 days after we bought the SUV we received a package in the mail with paperwork to sign and get notarized as well as a VIN check done. When I called the finance person she was very passive aggressive and couldn't understand or wouldn't understand where I was coming from. She doesn't answer her phone and doesn't call you back or email you back. She is very difficult to work with. Overall, because of Emily and Craig, we would buy another vehicle from you even having to deal with your finance Dept. More

I've been leasing my vehicles through Crestview Cadillac for a while now, and I've always had stellar service. Crestview Cadillac has an excellent service department! ! Especially Ron Farmer and Brian Stroik They treat you with the utmost respect and make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in.
