The upfront sale was good. ..or so I thought. I was told I would have 3 moths or 3000 miles if there were any issues. When I took delivery at our house several hours away, the ..or so I thought. Then we found that the heat didn't work on the driver's side (we check the AC, but I neglected to check the heat) and when I reached out, they stopped answering my emails. Then I learned that the two front doors are not the original doors and they have different locks. I would love for sales to be up-front with the customer instead of clearing codes or hiding issues and then ghosting the customer when brought up. More

Kane Greene was wonderful throughout the whole process - and very patient. My husband is having trouble walking at the moment: everyone held doors and help in any way they could.
