Vinnie Sinatra has been especially helpful in helping me figure out all the tech data, on how to work all the gadgets the truck came with. Overall Yes I would Definitely recommend Future Ford to others. Since I drove off the lot with my truck, I have been getting nothing but compliments on my new F-150 FX-4 with Ecoboost. My only complaint is that I was promised Courtesy Driver pick up when my vehicle was ready. I called my service advisor and arranged for courtesy pick up. Kamrin stated that she left a note for the driver w pick up when my vehicle was ready. I called my service advisor and arranged for courtesy pick up. Kamrin stated that she left a note for the driver with my name, address and phone # and that the driver would call me. The driver did not call me and did not show up. I called my daughter and she picked me up and drove me to get my vehicle. Luckily, I got there before closing time. Date of service 3-29-13. David Rice More
