We were looking online for a new vehicle and came across one at Scranton Chevy. Kahliyah was the one who helped us. She greeted us with a big smile and bubbly personality. Unfortunately the vehicle we looked at didn't work out for us, and we had to wait a little while to look again. Kahliyah checked in on us, and let us know when we were ready, she would be there to help us out. A few weeks later we went back to look at another vehicle. That one ended up selling, and we were about to say forget it. Kahliyah didn't give up on is, and showed us another vehicle in a different color. My husband decided we would test drive it, and he actually liked this truck the best out of all 3 we looked at. Kahliyah got the ball rolling for us, to make sure we got into this vehicle. She didn't pressure us or give up on us, which was awesome. We also worked with Kamila for the financing, and she made the transaction a smooth one. I cannot say enough positive/great things about this dealership, from the moment I stepped into the showroom today's later when I left with my new vehicle it was nothing but professionalism, efficiency, dealership, from the moment I stepped into the showroom today's later when I left with my new vehicle it was nothing but professionalism, efficiency, honest straightforward talk, no bull from them, every question was answered honestly and it was a fun buying experience. Everyone was so down to earth and not stuck up like some dealerships they look at you like what are you doing here, I've experienced that at Subaru and buying a car can be intimidating nerve-wracking and a grueling experience however I never felt like that I was treated like family. I was always greeted with a smile and asked what they could do for me every time I visited. Aaron, Jay, and Kamilla, were the absolute best. Aaron and Jay were so much fun the camaraderie they have is infectious I enjoyed my time while I was buying my car I felt like I was sitting around with friends or family. Kamila was so nice to make sure she went through every page and explained everything to me while I was signing my paperwork this was the best car buying experience I've ever had, and I have owned plenty of vehicles. I went in thinking I was dead set on buying a Chevy equinox and Aaron put me into a trailblazer which had everything that the equinox had and he saved me a lot of money, Aaron knew I would love this vehicle somehow before I did I couldn't be happier with my purchase, and I feel like I've made some new friends. I did my homework before I went to Scranton, I looked at the Toyota RAV4, I looked at the Nissan rogue, and I also looked at more Subarus as that is what I had currently owned and nothing compared to the SUVs that you have in my opinion. I also ended up having a car payment less than what I was told which was just the icing on top. I have told everyone I know at work about my experience and will be sending potential car buyers to Scranton Chevy. I also love the fact that your partnered with my company I work at Mohegan Sun which offers me the red carpet service where I can have my car serviced while I'm working but to be honest I'd rather go to the dealership and sit with my good friends Aaron and Jay and chit chat with them while I wait for my vehicle to be serviced. Great job by all as long as Aaron and Jay are working at Scranton I will continue to be your customer I can tell you before Scranton I went to Gerard Ford and had a really bad experience there they took advantage of a grieving daughter and Subaru screwed me over by selling me a vehicle that had a bad transmission and I ended up with negative equity in my car. Thank you again for making this car buying experience the best I've ever had many thanks to everyone who worked with me and who works there. More
