My name is Kameron Fruchtl and I’ve been a sales professional here at Toyota for 9 years. I sell the product that I back the most. Toyota is and probably always will be the leader in safety, reliability, and performance. I have 2 beautiful daughters. One 8 years old and the other is 4. I’ve been happily married for almost 7 years. I am probably the least pushy salesperson you will run into. Almost all sales guys are “now” people. Don’t get me wrong, I do want to earn your business, if it be today or in 3 months from now. Just let me have a shot! I joined sales so I could make people happy. Great experience until signed the papers and left. Nightmare since. The cars AC has had issues (spent over $100 for it to get charged, new cabin filter, and it still doesn't work properly). They claimed they sent us the title but never received it. They want to wait longer to see if it shows up (been 3 plus weeks and still nothing). Now get to have a $25 late fee, and have to drive around with expired tags because of this mess. More

I was told my new car would be ready in 2 weeks because a part needed fixed. I was also told I works receive updates on the progress. I haven't heard from them since I signed the paperwork and I'm over 2 wee part needed fixed. I was also told I works receive updates on the progress. I have other departments calling me wanting the car and title to my current vehicle I'm trading in and are shocked when I tell them I still don't have my new vehicle. This has been a bit ridiculous.
