We came in knowing what we wanted, and Peter was knowledgeable and helpful without any high-pressure sales tactics. He really understood the features of the Silverado and answered all our questions about the different trims and capabilities. The whole process was smooth and efficient. The team at Simpson Chevrolet made the paperwork part easy, and we were in and out much faster than we expected. I had a great experience with the sales person: Brian Anderson. He was awesome and really helped me along the way. I did find the service department to be subpar. I ordered a blackout package for my truck, I was given a drop off appointment of 7:30 to complete the work on my truck EVENTHOUGH the person handling my car rental didn’t get to work until 8:30. I was left without a vehicle. When I was picking up my vehicle no one bothered to do a quality check on the work, the letters were really crooked. Very noticeable. I ended up having to take the vehicle in to the vendor that did the work so they could fix the letters, and sit there for a couple hours taking additional time off of work. When I walked into the service department no one greeted me, a simple “Good afternoon, I’ll be with you shortly” would suffice. 5-10 minutes later I had to ask for help and that person couldn’t tell me what to do about the crooked letters on my truck. I had to go inside the sales floor and ask a sales manager for help. Horrible customer service from you service department. More
