Tim was great. Kayleigh was rude and disrespectful. She acted very childish when I decided not to accept the deal. I requested to go to my bank for financing. She told me, No let us try first. So I did, trusting that she would do as I asked as far as vehicle and money. She did the opposite of what I asked. If she had not been such a hard seller and so dishonestly persuasive, I would’ve had a much better experience. I will NEVER go back there. Kayleigh needs more training in customer service. She needs to know how to treat the customers with respect. Instead of storming off and rolling your eyes when the deal didn’t happen Kayleigh, you should’ve been more dignified and respectful. More

From our first visit to Mall of Georgia MINI, it has been a great experience for us. Jesse Marquez has been super helpful through out the process (HE IS THE BEST I CAN SAY IN SIMPLE WORDS, HE IS HUMBL been a great experience for us. Jesse Marquez has been super helpful through out the process (HE IS THE BEST I CAN SAY IN SIMPLE WORDS, HE IS HUMBLE , KNOWLEDGEABLE and UNDESTANDING) Jesse has provided excellent customer service throughout the whole process of buying our MINI Countryman , in our case as our chosen Model was not available and have to order our MINI Countryman PHEV in October 2021 and Jesse has been updating the status of the car from the day order was placed till it was delivered to us . In mid of February 2022, we were expected to take the delivery as it arrived the dealership. However, we were in India on vacation and planned to return on March 25th and on March 27th planned to take delivery but my wife was hospitalized on March 26th due to an infection and was discharged on April 4th. Jesse nevertheless constantly checks on my wife's health and did not rush us to take the delivery of the car. Once my wife is recovered, we finally went to the dealership, and received the vehicle on April 11th. Dealership waited more than 6-7 weeks for us to receive the vehicle since we were on vacation and my wife was hospitalized unexpectedly. Due to the high demand for cars, some dealerships sell cars if you do not take delivery within a certain period of time (3 days maximum) but Mall Of GA MNI showed full respect and concern for our situation and delivered when we could take delivery. Kalee helped us choose the right vehicle when we were unsure which one to buy, whether a Countryman or Countryman PHEV. Her suggestions guided us to order a right vehicle at the right time. She is part of the Finance Department, she understood our situation and helped us to finish our paperwork. While we chose to go with another lender, their treatment was so humble and they took great care of us. The best thing I can say is that Jesse, you are the first person I would call if any of my friends or family members are looking to buy a MINI in the Atlanta area. More
