When I arrived at the Dealership I was quickly greeted and shown the vehicle that I had came in to see. The best part was that the vehicle was already clean and waiting! Shortly thereafter looking around the outside of the vehicle we took what is now my new Jeep for a test drive which is something else that I really liked compared to some other dealerships that I have been to in the past-letting me take the Jeep on the highway and then back up a side road giving me a chance to test both styles of driving was a nicely added touch! Try that at your ordinary dealership! While on the drive Jordan politely ask me questions about the vehicle and my purchasing capabilities while also taking time to ask about me which really felt genuine and like he really wanted to get to know me! When back at the dealership I was shown several options for financing to keep me in my budget and possibly even under if I chose to go with the extended financing option. I will say that the financing portion took a little long but I do understand that is not solely the dealership. I also appreciate Kalee in financial office for thoroughly providing me with every possible option and taking the time to make sure that I completely understood what all I was getting with my new Jeep! The only thing I would recommend would be to find a way to cut down on the finance time while still giving enough time to be as thorough. In the end I will do future business here and send everyone that I know to this dealership. More

They followed up with me and helped resolve an issue relating to registering the vehicle out of state.
