Hey everyone, I'm Kaleb! I've been selling cars for a while, but CDJR are my favorite products! MOPAR!! I think the biggest reason I became a salesman was because I love talking to people, which in school I got in a lot of trouble for, haha. I like to do my best to keep the dull car buying process fun and smooth. Nobody likes hanging out at a dealership all day. I grew in a lot of different places (military family), so traveling comes natural for me. I love a good adventure, especially with my pups!! After I got out, the military I went to college to get a degree in business management. I believe everyone deserves respect, the truth, and commitment to doing everything I can to make your car buying experience actually enjoyable! well, that's about all I got. Yall take care!!

I keep having to follow behind when parts have to be ordered; no one checks with parts PRIOR TO me calling and finding my parts keep getting shifted weeks if not months. I waited months on one part that ordered; no one checks with parts PRIOR TO me calling and finding my parts keep getting shifted weeks if not months. I waited months on one part that shifted 3times (Jul to Nov???) only to have it sold to someone else while I waited for my refund, which I had to keep asking about. Whenever you ask for explanations from anyone, the answer is I don't know. No one in any department communicates with service/parts in my experience unless you call them, then there is ALWAYS a change. They give you a text for updates only it is never used. Why is that? More
