The salesman who helped me went above and beyond. If I refer anyone it would be because of him. The two managers I met one new cars sales manager didn’t seem friendly he briefly stopped stopped by If I refer anyone it would be because of him. The two managers I met one new cars sales manager didn’t seem friendly he briefly stopped stopped by the salesman desk just to say he wouldn’t give me anymore price break. He seemed okay with losing a buyer and was in a rush to get back to where he came from. Strange. Then there was the used car sales manager I met briefly. Downright rude and angry because I had asked about some deep scratches on the back bumper. He basically said take or leave with an ugly attitude and walked away. This car was demo then a courtesy moder so technically wasn’t a used although it was used enough. Thirty inside with spots and smudges all over. If it was not for the wonderful salesman who had detailed and gave me rubber floor mats. I would have never look back at this place. I’m in my seventies I’ve had fair share of my contacts with dealerships. This by far was my worst experience. The last two purchases I were really pleasant but that was in Houston. I know where I’m going to go for my next car. More

The buying process was seamless and straight forward. Up front pricing allowed me to know exactly what I was gonna be paying. Repairs are still needed but I am certain they will be done. We carried my daughter’s car in for a recall repair. After 5 weeks we finally got it back. We had it less than 24 hours and it broke down. Water pump went out. They refuse to repair it without us paying After 5 weeks we finally got it back. We had it less than 24 hours and it broke down. Water pump went out. They refuse to repair it without us paying for it because it wasn’t related to the recall even though they replaced a coolant line they damaged while it was in their possession and the motor sat open for 5 weeks waiting on a head repair. BEWARE! Find a different dealer. They can’t be trusted!!!! More

When we first made contact with the dealership we talked with a person on the phone who fields calls. We expressed an interest in a vehicle online, and wanted to talk with an experience sales person who was with a person on the phone who fields calls. We expressed an interest in a vehicle online, and wanted to talk with an experience sales person who was honest and open minded. Immediately we were connected with Valarie Wallace. What I liked the most about Valarie was the fact that she took the time to listen to my husband who is a "real talker". She explained all the details about the BMW X5 that we saw online, and was so patient as we went through the down payment and financing process. Before we got on the road to drive 3 hours to the dealership, she made sure to secure the vehicle from other salespersons. When we arrived, she made us feel important, and didn't rush us through the process. She showed us all the features of the car, made sure it was well detailed and ready when we arrived at the dealership. We will definitely do business with Valarie and the BMW of Birmingham dealership again real soon; we have a graduating college student. (pray for us she wants a BMW too LOL). More
