In this process, Frank Smith went well beyond what I expected, especially since he spent a couple of hours with me the day after the sale, when I came in to pick up the vehicle. Frank showed me many of its features and made sure I was comfortable with it before I drove it home. I last bought a vehicle in 2003, and obviously many things have been added to vehicles since then.
