I really want to like Kain Ford because they are local and convenient. I struggle to be happy with my service experience almost every time. My door locks freeze every time the temp drops below 28. I ask and convenient. I struggle to be happy with my service experience almost every time. My door locks freeze every time the temp drops below 28. I asked to have them look at it and perform the same TSB or Recall that had been done on my last two F150’s because I either get locked out or locked in when this happens. Since they could not reproduce the problem they charged me $195 for diagnostic fee and sent me home. I then went to church 2 days later and was locked in my truck again having to crawl over the console to get out. The next day I had to get a ride to the airport because I could not get into my truck. That time I recorded a short video and sent it to Kaitlin after calling her to show that this is a problem. She did call back to tell me that the shop foreman said it looked as though the seal was frozen and not the mechanism. I have been driving a vehicle for 38 years and have lived in much colder climates than this. I know how to open a door. Just today I was locked out of and in my truck as the temperature was in the low 20s. I have recorded that as well and would love to share if you care. I need this fixed as I travel weekly and cannot operate like this. Trust me, it is not my imagination, nor is it a frozen seal. More
