I absolutely hate hate hate car buying and already had a negative experience from the Auffenberg dealership close to my house. Thankfully I came to Suntrup where I dealt with Kai. First, he actually showed negative experience from the Auffenberg dealership close to my house. Thankfully I came to Suntrup where I dealt with Kai. First, he actually showed me the cars I was interested in. He did not man splain nor ask me numerous times where my husband was. Kai also did not pressure me whatsoever. It was a great experience. I am very happy with my new TAOS. And, when I realized I left items in the car I traded in, Kai bagged them up nicely for me. He even put the bumperdillo and license plate holder on my car as well. Good customer service makes such a difference and I am happy to send Kai and Suntrup recommendations. More

Was looking to trade my car in and get my interest rate down and Will, Ryan, Billy, and Julie made that happen. I was really interested in the Tiguan R-Line and once I seen it and test drove it I knew I ha down and Will, Ryan, Billy, and Julie made that happen. I was really interested in the Tiguan R-Line and once I seen it and test drove it I knew I had to have it. The sales managers worked their butt's off to make it happen for me and I couldn't be more grateful! This is my third car bought from Suntrup Automotive Group and they make sure I am taken care of every time! Thanks so much for making my dreams come true! More
