The server should know how to deal with the customers , updating the service and not leave the customers up to the texts sent to them. , what if the customers doesn’t have phone and will just wait until updating the service and not leave the customers up to the texts sent to them. , what if the customers doesn’t have phone and will just wait until the end of the day.. some some of the server needs more orientation of their job. I am always treated exceptional when I come in for service. My service advisor. Kai Spencer is awesome. I made an appointment with Mr. Santos a week in advance to service the 2021 Silver Certified RAV4 XLE purchased in April. Appointment was scheduled for Oct 2 to resove some of the Santos a week in advance to service the 2021 Silver Certified RAV4 XLE purchased in April. Appointment was scheduled for Oct 2 to resove some of the pending issues that needed their attention: multiple stains in each car seat (upholstery), scratches on both sides of the car, crumbs in the gap areas of the of the interior (console), etc. Mr. Fortunato already said that they will not fix the big scratch in the back, because it will cost too much money. I called Jordan 2 days before to confirm the appointment, but he was acting different, he was not nice as his usual. When my daughter arrived for the appointment, she was greeted by Kai S, and when he went to tell Jordan that my daughter was there, Jordan told him that he did not know anything about it. My daughter called me about it, and I was ready to call Gay Otey, but Kai took care of everything; he was great! The change of attitude of Mr. Santos changed, I believe it happened after I texted Mr. Joe Fortunato, our internet sales rep, because I asked him abt the missing car mats. He has been telling me that they have been on order since May, which I know believe was a lie. On Aug 1, I texted him asking abt the car mats again, and he said that they were still on order. Because I did not believe him, I called another Toyota dealership, and they told me that they are in stock, and it takes on TWO DAYS to arrive. When I contacted Mr. Fortunato again on Aug 20, he said that they should be there and thought I already picked them up, how could have picked them up, if they had been out of stock, on order since May? Then, he said he said he was going to check, and never heard from him again. He did not check nor confirm about the car mats. I contacted him one last time on Sept 28, told him that we scheduled the car service for Oct 2, to drop the car mats with Jordan, but he never did. All this time, Mr. Fortunato lied to me about the car mats. He made me waste of lot of our time going there, contacting him, etc. The side scratches are still there, there is noise, when the car going on reverse. I had to call Gay Otey, and she took care of the car mats right away, so there we had to make another trip to pick up the mats. If I knew I was going to have such a bad experience with FIndlay, I would have never bothered going there to get a car, Mr. Fortunato was very persistent and offered several good deals that at the end, ended up being only one deal, free registration. The only good communication was before I decided to go to Findlay, and for a little bid after the transaction, he was good, but then after I found all these issues, what you expect? A Toyota Certified Vehicle must pass the 160-point inspection... I think somebody just checked them all without even really looking, because there is no way, they missed: chip in the driver's side windshield, big scratch on the back, several scratches, so many stains in each car seat (you have to be blind, not to see them), missing car mats, etc. I do not think, I will ever buy another car with Findlay, worse car shopping experience ever. Not to mention, that after putting the $8K downpayment, your finance person, Aaron, refused to give me copies of all the documents I signed. I hope that problem when the car is in going on reverse does not get worse, because I will be contacting Toyota Corp again. Stll have to provide reviews in social media. More
