Saved from a tough situation. Joe Cecconi was the first dealership I used to get a car. I was a bit intimidated but the salesperson Kahlil was SUPER helpful in breaking down how ev Joe Cecconi was the first dealership I used to get a car. I was a bit intimidated but the salesperson Kahlil was SUPER helpful in breaking down how everything worked. Even if he had to say something three times, he made sure I understood before stepping further. Of course all the staff want to make sales, but above all he wanted to make sure I was comfortable in the choices I made. In 2015, I got a 2011 Dodge Avenger that I fell in love with that I got at a manageable price. Whenever it needed some work Kahlil made sure it got done. Now, two years later it was time for a new vehicle. At first I didn't want to let the Avenger go, and for that the trade-in value drifted down. I was also in a tough financial circumstance, so I thought it would be impossible to get a decent vehicle. But again, Kahlil accessed my situation thoroughly and made sure he did everything he could to get me a suitable vehicle. It took a lot of back and forth between Buffalo and Niagara Falls to finalize everything but it was totally worth it! We had extremely limited options but I couldn't be happier with the results! Horrible experience Long story short...Had issues before I even signed a contract for my dodge grand caravan...then it was issue after issue from two weeks after I drove Long story short...Had issues before I even signed a contract for my dodge grand caravan...then it was issue after issue from two weeks after I drove it off the lot, ranging from transmission parts needing to be replaced, they made us replace a clock spring that come to find out wasn't even the problem, then the alternator on top of all the other issues all within the first few months of owning this vehicle mr. Jensen and a service employee Alex are the only people I'd have anything good to speak. I was there today, this is the second time in 2 yrs my car started slamming into gear, which they claim my transmission fluid keeps getting low but theres no leak. They wanted me to pay 39.00 today just for them to check it! Then I was asked to think about trading my vehicle in there so I can get another piece of garbage. O ya and somebody that got an oil change other day by them had all there oil leak back out cuz cecconis messed it up!!! Very very poor customer service by many and 2 hrs for a scheduled oil change, and a piece of garbage vehicle I'm not stuck with. More

I recently just purchased my very first car at Joe Cecconi's. I visited and spoke to several other car dealerships in the area but this one definitely stood out the most. The staff was AMAZING. I met with Kahlil Davis, he was so AWESOME. He found the perfect car for me right within my budget and the car I left with was much better than what I was expecting. It was a great deal, and I am in love with my car. I am no doubt going back once I need a car again and I have and will continue to HIGHLY recommended The Joe Cecconi family and KAHLIL DAVIS to all of my family and friends. Such a great experience! More

I have rated this dealership 5 stars because when every other dealer I went to refused to finance me, this one said yes!!!! Khalil is the man!!!!!!! He bent over backwards to get me into a car despite my s other dealer I went to refused to finance me, this one said yes!!!! Khalil is the man!!!!!!! He bent over backwards to get me into a car despite my situation! I was approved within an hour and a half and drove away with my 2007 Corolla 3 hours later!!! Khalil helped me come out of a terrible situation and I appreciate him and the finance department!!!!! I love this dealership and because of Khalil, I will go NOWHERE else!!!!! Deanna More
