Repair required a second trip to resolve a message on the dash display which was not present prior to the repair. Also, surcharge on credit card payments needs to be prominently displayed so it can be seen dash display which was not present prior to the repair. Also, surcharge on credit card payments needs to be prominently displayed so it can be seen at time of drop off, not just at the payment counter. This survey should add a third option to the above question. While we have generally received good service in the past, this time it was only average. Based on the latest experience, I cannot offer an opinion on whether or not I would give a positive recommendation. More

I would have to say that Chad listened to my story about our vehicle went away out of his way to help us keep the car. However, my husband now knows that he will go to Dylan in Greenfield for all the oil changes and anything that is needed. He will never go anywhere else per my instructions as his wife of 22 years.
