They took away the good coffee machine once Bob died. They don't put donuts or popcorn out anymore either. They try to charge $60 to change a $1 light bulb and have tried telling me I need to change my r They don't put donuts or popcorn out anymore either. They try to charge $60 to change a $1 light bulb and have tried telling me I need to change my rear windshield wiper even though I had them replace it a week earlier! Very shady business practices. I wish there was a different Toyota service in town. More

I came in for a Firmware update on my 2021 Rav4 XSE. My speech to text stop recognizing. I gave them the tech bulletin showing this would correct the issue and that showed a time of .8 hours to comple My speech to text stop recognizing. I gave them the tech bulletin showing this would correct the issue and that showed a time of .8 hours to complete. It took over two hours before Kaden came back to me to tell me my Infotainment screen no longer worked. The tech tried at least twice to update the firmware. Then he had the nerve to tell me that "sorry" you will need a new screen and you are out of warranty. It will be $1800, but good news, we should be able to get Toyota to cover $1000. It was late on a Friday night so Kaden said they would have to check the next day with Toyota about coverage. How would this not be covered in full as it was working when I brought it in to Rohrman? Frustrated, I was told I would no longer have the infotainment in the car until a new unit was installed. With me not being able to do anything, I walked to my car to leave. When I started my car, the existing infotainment unit worked just fine. I just had to reset to my personal settings. I walked back to Kaden, the service rep to tell him it was working. He was totally surprised. He went to get the technician, but he left for the night. Kaden had no clue why it was all of a suddenly working. This is totally unacceptable. Cars are getting more technical with all these computers. Your technicians better get some more training. No apology or explanation follow up after this experience. I would have given Zero Stars if it was an option. More

I went in w a dead battery. Supposedly they jumped it to get my car there. But then asked me if I wanted my battery checked w/o warning me that they would charged $70 to connect Supposedly they jumped it to get my car there. But then asked me if I wanted my battery checked w/o warning me that they would charged $70 to connect my battery to a volt meter. Can't help but think this was actually charge f the jump. At least I didn't get charged for the check up, where they found $$$$xk of bulbs filters etc. I declined. They didn't mention that I would b charged f using a credit card. Sure glad I didn't get all the work done. I want a new car, but I won't get a Toyota or Kia so I can be sure to never have to deal w rhormans again and I relayed this view to the corporate office. I can not believe the 5 STAR Service I received! They let me know the moment I pulled onto the drive they were going to give me excellent service and they did not disappoint! I received a video inspection of my vehicle and the technician was so informative, showed the measurements and even complimented how well I take care of my car! I will be going back to Rohrman Toyota for all my service needs! They set the bar high! Thank you for caring! More
