My name is Kaden Anderson, and I live in Kirksville, Missouri. I lived in the small town of Hawley, MN, located in the northwest part of Minnesota. I grew up in that town playing basketball, baseball, and football. Then in 2014, seven years ago, my family and I moved to Kirksville. While I have not been working in the car business long, I have been around it since I was born. My father has been in the business for over 30 years, and this made me very intrigued in the business. As I got older, I knew without a doubt I wanted to be in the car business. I love talking to people and getting to know them. More importantly, helping them find the vehicle that best suits their wants and needs.

Daniel, we COMPLETELY understand the frustration of having to pay over MSRP. That's why, unlike many dealers, the ONLY vehicles that we are charging MSRP on are TRD Pro models. Most are charging over MSRP on all of their new vehicles. The only reason that we are charging over MSRP on the Pro models is that the Pro models normally sell for MSRP even in normal times. Additionally, while we did charge $5,000 over, many dealers are charging over $10,000 over MSRP. As I understand it, we were very clear on the price of the vehicle from out first interaction. I understand if the price was more than you wanted to pay, but, if I understand correctly, that price was agreed to and known about for over 2 months. If you were not satisfied with paying that price, there was ample time not to complete the purchase. Would you like us to buy the truck back from you?

Beside the fact that "bait and switch" means that a dealer promised to sell you one car and then when you arrive they tell you that the vehicle you had agreed to purchase was no longer available and then try to switch you to another vehicle, at no point were you told that we were going to sell you a TRD Pro model at MSRP leading up to allocation. As a matter of fact, we had a TRD Pro come in that was black and knowing that you wanted orange the salesperson did not tell you about it. Later you were disappointed that he did not tell you about it, so he took the orange color off and was going to notify when we received the next TRD Pro regardless of the color. At the time that this had occurred the salesperson told you that we had sold thatt one for MRSP. So you were told before the allocation that we were selling TRD Pro models over MSRP. At no point in time after you were told it was over MSRP from when it was allocated, through the two months that it took to get here, when the vehicle arrived, at the time of delivery or otherwise until now did you let us know that you had any disagreement about the price. If anything, up to this point you had no intentions of telling us that you were upset until after you took delivery so that you could then leave a misleading review about us. If anything that happened here is underhanded it is that. Again, if you do not feel the price of the vehicle is fair, we will purchase the truck back from you.

That’s not true, lots of dealers are selling Pro’s for MSRP. Your a classic bait and switch dealer. You told me for months you would sell it to me for MSRP and then when you got an allocation you raised the price on me.

Got hooked up via cargurus. As I was 1.5 hours away, I needed to do some due diligence before going out there. The salesperson (Kaden Anderson) answered my inquiry immediately. He took additional pictures and explained as much as possible before my visit. When I arrived, he had the car ready for a test drive. Treated us with great respect and while it was late, he did not rush us. We closed the deal that evening, and everyone was kind and stayed after hours to finalize the deal. We found a few things we wanted to be fixed and they agreed with no questions. They really stand by the 7-day return and 30-day credit policy. Best experience I have EVER had with a car dealership. More
