I have been a customer since 2003 and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Great Customer Service. Kacey responded to my question in a very timely manner. I had a battery that completely died and needed to be replaced. Kacey from the Henderson Honda Service Department said to bring down whenever I could. I got there at 3:30 PM and Service writer, Jeremy replaced. Kacey from the Henderson Honda Service Department said to bring down whenever I could. I got there at 3:30 PM and Service writer, Jeremy Santos helped me. Jeremy and Kacey were great! I was in and out within an hour. I had a very busy Saturday and they worked with me 100%. Thank you! This is a follow up to my review last month. Service manager called me to see what happened. I explained my review and told him I was also experiencing several issues I did not have prior to ser Service manager called me to see what happened. I explained my review and told him I was also experiencing several issues I did not have prior to service there. He said he would take care of it and send me a check for the 50 dollars I was overcharge. Agreement was since he was off the next day, as soon as we got off the phone he would to text me his contact info, he had called from the main honda line so I did not have his number. I was to text back what time would be there. Several days later he texted me and ask what happened. I said you never texted me your contact info, I did not even know his name. He turned it around on me and said he was sorry I misunderstood. That is not what happened but even if it did, trying to blame the customer you already screwed over is not the correct response from a "manager". Anyway, I told him I would get back to him when I could bring the car in but mail me my $50 dollar check. I finally got it 9 days later, 20 miles to go 9 days. I replaced the missing parts myself. Made an appointment next week at Honda west. This dealer use to have good service but now the techs and manger are both a disappointment to say the least. They only contact you when you leave bad reviews. BTW I bought this car here so I know what I am talking about. I will take my business elsewhere. More
