This was the best vehicle purchasing experience that I've ever had and I've had my share! The people of this dealership was all in from the moment I expressed interest in the vehicle on the Cargurus' website ever had and I've had my share! I received a phone call and explained my situation and that was on a Saturday afternoon. By Thursday, my deal was done and I picked up vehicle Friday morning. Our salesman, Kyle Lemaster was so kind and welcoming. He went all the way with making us feel like we were important! I can’t count the number of vehicles I’ve purchased, or the number of dealerships I’ve worked with over the course of my lifetime. My experience with Starling has, hands-down, been the most pleasant experi the number of dealerships I’ve worked with over the course of my lifetime. My experience with Starling has, hands-down, been the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. The staff was unbelievably responsive and went out of their way to try to work through issues to put me in the vehicle I wanted. And I was very appreciative of the fact that they stayed open a whole hour later than other dealerships that allow working people to shop on the weekend. I’ve never had such a pleasant experience buying a vehicle! More
