We are very satisfied with our Grand Highlander. The only disappointment we had was. My ask specifically would the Grand Highlander be close to the same price after the warranty where added in. This has been the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced I have been here since 12:00 and it’s 3:19 and they still haven’t even pull my car in the shop for the oil change. Poor service went to have my first service on my truck it took a hour and a half to do and then it sat on the ready line for 45 minutes and no one would let me know had to go into the service office and ask took a hour and a half to do and then it sat on the ready line for 45 minutes and no one would let me know had to go into the service office and ask about we’re they through also had a tire issue right after I brought it called couldn’t get get no one to call me back had to call and ask for the head manager of the dealer they would not let me talk him but got the service manager and when it was all said and done it cost me 1400.00 dollars also had issues with my other truck I traded in you would think I would have been treated a little better since me and my wife have bought 12 vehicles in a six year period but after this last time I will be getting my services and trading out of town from now on More
