I’m very frustrated about my last experience with VW Rick Case. I bought 2 cars Tiguan 2023 and Taos 2023, I have problems since the beginning and one year after, the only reply I have “We Don’t know”. They Case. I bought 2 cars Tiguan 2023 and Taos 2023, I have problems since the beginning and one year after, the only reply I have “We Don’t know”. They kept 3 weeks the TAOS and they said “We Don’t know”. I can’t count how many time I came to fix problems I had with these 2 cars. I waste my time. If you buy a new car is to not to have any worries. And actually, problems still there! To sell cars, they are the best, but after sale, nobody want to take the responsibilities. I try to find solution to sell these cars but they completely don’t care. The proposals are very low and nobody want to talk with me and take time to listen. Their business?? Just sales sales and sales. If you are a problem with new cars, they “calibrate” again and again but they don’t want to change something. It’s a shame. Finally, I sold my 2 cars to Carmax and I lost more than $4000. Rick Case said “our customers, our friends, our community, our home, our associates, our family”. I confirm, Absolutely not! Run away!!! More

From the moment, I called and spoken with Ken. Everything started going smoothly from speaking to Nick to the closing of the deal with Gregory. The customer service, response time I could not be any happie started going smoothly from speaking to Nick to the closing of the deal with Gregory. The customer service, response time I could not be any happier with the choice of leasing my new Tiguan with Rick Case. UNETHICAL PRACTICES RUN!!! Bait and switch!! I was told they would "beat" any other dealer price by $500.00...KEN KEMPLER will get you in and the "desk manager" JORGE PEREZ w Bait and switch!! I was told they would "beat" any other dealer price by $500.00...KEN KEMPLER will get you in and the "desk manager" JORGE PEREZ will sing and dance and pretend his is "giving" you a "great deal". BS they wouldn't even match what I had. "LIAR LIAR PANTS ON FIRE" I wish a could give them NO STAR...drove 45 minutes to listen to some BS...after I was told company "policy" was "beat any deal by $500". More
