Ry’n and Carlos are top notch car salesmen who are also extremely like able and personable dudes! Got to work with Scott and Julie throughout the process as well. Julie more in a casual manner. Not sure our interactions had anything to do with car buying but she was super friendly and personable which gave me a great sense of family when making a major purchase like this. Scott was knowledgeable and helped walk me through the extra add-ons as well as finalizing the deal for me. Never made me feel like I NEEDED to purchase or add anything on but simply explained the coverages and non-coverages (which I had already read through) and he was spot on. Did not try any smoke and mirrors which is a huge plus in my book! I also got to meet the owner Mr KC Han which was incredible to me as I’ve never even thought of meeting the owner of a car dealership when going through the process. He asked me how the experience was and I just unloaded on him about how incredible the staff were and how assisting they’ve been. Not to mention yet again about how hard they worked with me to make this possible. I came in with an unfavorable situation which most dealerships would shy away from and they continuously made suggestions on how I could get this done. This is a years long event that culminated into me buying the truck of my dreams. THANK YOU SIERRA TOYOTA!! More

And even then we had to force closure (we had an appointment back in Phoenix). The quickest part seemed to be the preparation of paper work, which was done very efficiently. Got the car we wanted at a great price. We got a prompt answer to our request for a quote. Then when another dealer gave us a better quote , Sierra Toyota promptly matched that quote. They helped us by phone when we got the loan at our Credit Union. Then when we came to actually purchase the car, they were very helpful in showing us the new features of our car. There was no pressure to buy a car with options that we did not want, and there were no dealer add-ons which was important to us. When we met with the finance officer, he did not pressure us to buy the extended warranty that day and explained the time frame (generous) that we would have to make a decision on the extended warranty. All the employees (and owner) were a pleasure to work with. More
