I have been to service department on many occasions with the last time being this week on the 21st. Happened to be in the area and needed to get a fog lamp bulb replaced. I spoke to Karol in service, he ass the last time being this week on the 21st. Happened to be in the area and needed to get a fog lamp bulb replaced. I spoke to Karol in service, he assured me that they could get this done as soon as someone available. He got the job done for me in a fairly short amount of time. He was the nicest, friendliest and pleasant service writer I have dealt with there, even though I didn’t have an appointment. I know the service department is very busy but customers do like to be greeted and helped in a nice and friendly manner. I just wanted you to know Karol is an asset to your business. I will ask for him next time I come in . More
