Horrible dealership. October 3rd 2024 I bought 2023 F250 Limited with 6.7 diesel. While test driving I noticed AC wasn’t working. Findlay Chrysler stated they were unawar October 3rd 2024 I bought 2023 F250 Limited with 6.7 diesel. While test driving I noticed AC wasn’t working. Findlay Chrysler stated they were unaware of issue but would fix it. Week later it was discovered Brad (mgr) was 100% aware of AC being out. Instead of replacing, they filled unit hoping consumer wouldn’t noticed. Brads version is, he didn’t know AC unit was leaking when he refilled it. This is actually against the law not to mention AC units are sealed units. Freon can’t leak out. If it does, there is a problem. xxxxxxx thing to do to someone buying a 1 year old truck for $90000. 12 hours after buying truck I was going through all the features when it was discovered ALL safety features were in fault mode. Ultimately it was determined by a Ford dealer the frame was extremely bent. Brad at Findlay Chrysler stated the Ford dealer was “lying because they were mad I didn’t buy the truck from them”. Tyler stated “the ford dealer is just lazy and don’t want to work”. Findlay Chrysler stated they wanted to look truck over. Instead of fixing or giving my money back they instead chose to do even worse when their guy connected to the trucks computer system and blocked all faults from reading out on the dash so now nothing will read. No oil change, light out, low fuel, etc.., Findlay Chrysler knew of all these issues yet hid them and sold me the truck. Horrible horrible company. Brad & Tyler are dirty as they get. Brad lied to not only me but the BBB & Attorney Generals office. Feel free to contact me for ALL proof that this is factual information. In the end, Ford Motor Company was set to buy my truck back. However, since my truck was titled in Canada first, then bought by Findlay Chrysler 6 months later they can’t help me. I am in the process of suing Findlay Chrysler for not only energy dollar I spent on my truck $96000+ but also $5000 in car rental, and additional $250000 for the hundreds and hundreds of hours I’ve put into calling, emailing, dropping off, picking up from Ford dealers. More

Our salesperson was Phenomenal. Our Finance person was as well. We were leery coming to look at the vehicle as the window sticker- seen before coming- clearly stated that it came fr Our Finance person was as well. We were leery coming to look at the vehicle as the window sticker- seen before coming- clearly stated that it came from Canada and was "Not meant for sale or registration in US". Researching new vehicles coming from Canada turned up that the manufacture warranty may be voided in US. We decided to go to the dealer because the 23 Explorer was what we were looking for. Everything seemed fine and reassuring until completing the purchase. A form handed to us at this dealer clearly states "Spoken promises are difficult to enforce. Ask the dealer to put all promises in writing" at the top of the form. So, when we were asked to sign a form marked "Sold AS IS-No Dealer Warranty we asked for in writing that the manufacture warranty was valid in US. Our awesome salesman went back to ask for us. The person that came out to our table that had a scowling face simply tossed the car fax on the table. He was VERY RUDE and unfriendly and would NOT give us anything in writing as his very contract paperwork suggested we do. Also, if you are with someone privately discussing the deal, be aware that you are being recorded and they may be listening to everything you are saying in the other room. I found the whole ordeal very terrifying. More

Absolutely no concern for customer service or making the customer feel appreciated or valued. His attitude and tone of voice is something I have never experienced from a car dealer in my 55 years of car buy customer feel appreciated or valued. His words to me when I called with a concern about my purchase was: "I don't owe you nuthin". Nice! More

STAY AWAY. they sold me an $8k Piece of junk. It did not even last the night. I had to have towed. When they finally did answer the manager said that it is as is and our problem to deal with. the thing brok even last the night. I had to have towed. When they finally did answer the manager said that it is as is and our problem to deal with. the thing broke down literally first time we drove it from lot, that night. they Refused to make it right. They are greedy and unethical as a business not the type of business you want to do business with. They will do whatever they need to to get your money, including selling you junk and they don't care if you get stranded or worry about the mechanical state of their vehicles. Run, just Run. There are many other dealerships in Findlay. Find one with some Ethics and pride/confidence in what they sell. Update: I need to clarify, the review is a testimony aimed at the dealership and management. The sales person received 5 stars because she went above and beyond. The management was simply deceiving and and unethical. The business itself misleading sold a vehicle with major mechanical issues, deceiving buyer and still refused as of today to make it right . More

Looked forward to visiting and buying a used truck, but sorely disappointed after being misled by dealership internet salesman about the vehicle condition and availability. The sales manager, however was apparently too busy to be bothered to meet, follow-up with a call or provide a business card and that speaks volumes about this dealership. More
