Change is hard—unless you have a team of pros to guide you along. After 10 years of joy in my S5, change was overdue but the SQ5 is a fantastic upgrade which I would not have been able to realize without you along. Amazingly in 46 years of driving, I’ve never owned two of the same manufacturer vehicles until now. Maybe the next will be a true self driving car! More

I bought an Audi Q5 after being loyal to Mercedes. I researched and it had great reviews. Albeit, have had issues and have not been a happy Audi customer. That changed a bit when I had to visit this d I researched and it had great reviews. Albeit, have had issues and have not been a happy Audi customer. That changed a bit when I had to visit this dealership as my oil light came on..even after its recent oil change? KC was outstanding in service. I was mad that I had to drive all the way out there from Buckhead after this car having so many issues and had been in the North point store since I purchased. I Purchased the Audi care but the problem is, even if all covered I don’t have time to have it in the shop for weeks and months on end? I said I would never buy another Audi but starting with KC who was amazing as well as Brook who graciously greeted me…I voiced my frustration and he immediately put Brian on me. He called immediately and had Chris also help and they went beyond the call of duty to show me sedans. Couldn’t go back out there right now with holiday so Chris brought to me. That’s service: didn’t love the car albeit is exactly what I am looking for.. So in a word, this experience along with Brian facilitating the search, I will probably give Audi another chance! He/They are exceptional! And I have been in sales my whole career! Would hire all 3 in a second! But not rude…just again saved an unhappy customer. More
