Also the one they found for us had a small nick on it from its travels. And he made sure I knew everything was going to be perfect or we would find something else. And just as he said you couldn’t tell there was ever a mark on it at all. He was very polite, not pushy and understood what we wanted. I would highly recommend him. However, when it came down to negotiating a price, we had agreed on a sale price in between what I offered and the list price IN WRITING. Once we finalized the hard credit check and we were putting formal documents together, it was brought to my attention by Aaron that the price should have been $1k higher. That part did not sit well with me and the only compromise to “make things right” was to waive the theft tracking system. More

The frustration I had with the dealership was the dealer add-ons they automatically add to the vehicles, whether you want them or not. This nearly stopped me from purchasing from them, however Jzaban worked with management and myself to arrive at a compromise I could live with. More
