Great representatives here in Phoenix. Ivan was very helpful getting the ball rolling, helping us with our Tiguan. JB was quick and responsive over the phone. Best of all Ali, our finance manager, was m helpful getting the ball rolling, helping us with our Tiguan. JB was quick and responsive over the phone. Easy experience overall Very low pressure and they made the deal I was looking for, yet didn’t think was possible. The only slight negative was the first round of pricing/finance options that came back we’re not anything we had discussed (ie I was either going to put down $6K, $8K, $12K and knew I’d qualify for the special interest rate of 0.9%. Instead they came back with $2K, $3K, $4K down with 9.9%. Seemed like a poor sales tactic to make the best round of pricing look even better). Other than that I was pleased with the whole process and did not feel any pressure throughout. More
