He's knowledgeable of the VW line and was very personable. Justin worked with me on a fair price and was very efficient at expediting the sale which is important to me. The paperwork aspect was also quick and efficient. We have had our Volkswagens serviced at this dealership and have always been treated professionally. The only complaint would be that there is sometimes a considerable delay to get a repair scheduled, but once it's in, we feel we're in good hands. More
