I have visited multiple Kia Services throughout the US, and honestly I was really disappointed with the customer service and presence of employees at the entire dealership. I recommend the dealership for location, cleanliness and attractiveness of the dealership, but as for the sales and management department, communication and presence needs some work please. More

Horrible service, rude people and unacceptable mechanics! ! The "repairing" of my car caused the engine timing to go out of whack. Then they blamed it on me! They then kept my car for 7 months while we were i ! The "repairing" of my car caused the engine timing to go out of whack. Then they blamed it on me! They then kept my car for 7 months while we were in litigation to get them to replace my engine. It took them 2 of those months just to replace the engine. The service manager , Mike Cottone is a horrible person who intimidates females to get what he wants. The new general manager offered to "make it right because it was their fault and get me into a new car". They only offered me $6,000 was told it was because the engine wasn't working. I was then told by their top salesman that almost all of the cars in the back lot were waiting on new engines. That says to me that their "mechanics" don't know what they are doing or they are doing it to increase revenue for the dealership. Who knows how many people they are making pay for their "mess ups". 100% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! More
