Her Dad and I talked to her and took her to Chevrolet Buick GMC of Fairbanks, because they have a nice selection of vehicles, amazing sales team, finance, and service department. They took the extra step to find the perfect vehicle that will meet her needs, make her happy, and crunched the numbers so it was the best purchase price they could give her. They treat you like family, provide you with amazing customer service, and their service department & mechanics are the best in town. My daughter decided to go with a Chevy Colorado and is very excited about her new purchase. We are extremely proud of her and grateful for the help from Carlos Parker & Walt Rodgers: Management, Michael Warlick: Sales Dept, Justin Vey: Finance. The sales process as we neared the deal making was extremely pleasant and timely. Both Todd and Carlos were professional. I liked the honesty as we discussed pricing and Carlos was upfront and fair. Carlos is also an amazing people person and his actions make you feel comfortable and like your buying from family. He is ex military and should be told that I give him a promote now ahead of peers and continue to increase responsibility. Keep him in front of customers and empower him to lead the dealership to greater success. Inventory was good and selection of different model levels was adequate to arrive at a decision. The dealership and sales staff have followed up and I have confidence in continued support if needed. I would definitely recommend anchorage customers to drive up as it would be worth their time. More
