Great People at Honda Windward Someone from Honda Windward called me to schedule to have my airbag fixed because of the recall this past Friday, 8/23/19 and I called early Sat morni Someone from Honda Windward called me to schedule to have my airbag fixed because of the recall this past Friday, 8/23/19 and I called early Sat morning before my 9:30 am appt. and asked if it could be done. The gentleman (sorry, forgot his name) who took my call was very nice/kind. He checked and he said they can do it after my oil change, just have to bring my car downstairs later. But I was late for my 9:30 am appointment and I called to let them know, Derek said it was fine. Then when I went to Honda Express, I told the front desk guy, Cody that I called. He diidn't know about it BUT he said it's ok. I told him that I had a recall about the airbag and I have to bring my car downstairs later, and he said they'll bring my car downstairs after oil change. That was so kind of him and so that's what happened. I waited in the break room, I was called after all was done (less than 2 hours). I called them if it was OK to come later and the person who answered was very pleasant and said it was fine. I've been coming here for almost 16 years (my car is 2003, bought it on 9/13/03) and I've ALWAYS been treated VERY WELL by your employees.
