Was working with Dawson (who was fantastic), and was going to make a deal and the numbers were going to work out on a lease - But Ken Kukwa, the Manager, said that he would not do the deal for how the # going to make a deal and the numbers were going to work out on a lease - But Ken Kukwa, the Manager, said that he would not do the deal for how the #'s were going to work out. Absolutely terrible customer acquisition on the part of Ken Kukwa. #'s are #'s and I am shocked that he wouldn't make the deal. More

Had a pretty large problem with their brand new vehicle purchase in less than 5 days of ownership. We contacted the manager and he was not concerned about this at all. He said let him know if we don't get purchase in less than 5 days of ownership. We contacted the manager and he was not concerned about this at all. He said let him know if we don't get it fixed. He could get us a rental if we need it. Sorry, I don't feel like this is showing concern at all. 4 days after buying a vehicle and transmission and other issues. This is not the way I would do business. Not a happy customer. We can’t remember the managers name so we are noting all because that is what we need to complete this review. More

Inquired about a truck online. I was told that there was and error with the price that was advertised and they would not sell me the truck for the price they had it listed for.
