I went to Volvo looking for a car not knowing much about Volvo cars. My sales rep Sam was a very helpful and well educated on Volvo cars. He made my buying process very easy and painless. I had just stopped in for my regular service. Sam took the time to walk me around and answer all my questions. I did not know that my car could do half of this stuff! I felt like Ashur pulled a fast one in discussing price for used car I recently purchased. He added some $1400 (approx) charge to price listed on the website for the cost of car and then suggested he "took for used car I recently purchased. He added some $1400 (approx) charge to price listed on the website for the cost of car and then suggested he "took that charge off for me". So adding a charge that wasn't on the list price and then taking it off and then acting like you are saving me money was at minimum trickery and at most ethically and morally wrong. I believe he may have given me good pricing on tow hitch parts and installation and roof rack but after initial purchase interaction I just can't be sure. I have purchased and serviced a car I still own, a Volvo S60, and serviced this car at your Dealership for years and always felt I received top quality service. For my current purchase Justin Storr has gone out of his way to assist with any needs I had and met or exceeded my expectations. I plan to continue to service my vehicles at your Dealership. My ratings are reflective of stellar Service Team (5 star) and a rather unsatisfactory sales process (1 star). I will warn people about the potentially shady/shifty selling practices. Below if by financing you only mean working with Sal to sign all the paperwork, he was stellar as well. This is reflected in my ratings below under financing. More

All in all, the dealership and the employees are friendly and treat you like a valued customer. What I'm not impressed with was the financing options, the explanation of the financing options (obviously what and treat you like a valued customer. My brand new car needed a software update almost immediately. I leased my car and have a mileage limit. I wasn't able to receive a loaner vehicle so had to put unnecessary miles on my new car because of multiple trips back to the dealership. More
