Horrible experience I got a car from them with in the first two days left me and my family stranded not once but twice they come and got it sat there for two weeks for a not related issue to why it came first two days left me and my family stranded not once but twice they come and got it sat there for two weeks for a not related issue to why it came in then told me nothing was wrong with the car had no explanation for why the car left us stranded and still did not fix the minor things wrong like Under glow and drivers side floor mat and still to this day haven’t got a floor mat go to leave dealership and within seconds lights pop up on the dash saying the hood won’t stay shut so they take it back once again 3-4 days go by they bring it to me with the minor things still not fixed after me complaining to a manager still nothing and an error: start/stop on the screen so I complain aging and they take it back couple more days go by I have to go get the car then 4 days later the car leaves me stranded again call the manager saying they need to make this right I should be compensated or something and the manager brushes it of and says I had the car for a “week” and something is just now happening I’m so disgusted on how I have been treated in this whole experience they have acted likes it’s no big deal completely disgusted with this company customer service More

It was a very comforable buying experience @Pryor Chevy/GMC. Everybody at the dealership "down to earth" people. From my sales person (Taylor) who made sure I had or made available anything I needed Chevy/GMC. Everybody at the dealership "down to earth" people. Also Linden in sales who took the initiative to show me (after hours) on line, the car I ended up purchasing. To Justin (sales Mngr) who was involved to work the best deal for me, and arranged a fair delivery option to me in College Station, TX. And Robert in financing who was equally friendly and accommodating. I searched dealerships in Missouri, Oklahoma, and Texas. "The people", and ofcoarse the exact car and feachers I was looking for in a 2024 Equinox RS at Pryor Chevy GMC made it worth my business to purchase all the way from College Station,TX.
