Trying to put a bandage on the fact that they were wrong and cost me hundreds of extra dollars for nothing. Only agreeing to pay back a small portion of the extra costs in hoping to make it go away. NOT THIS TIME. ! Discrimination towards a pregnant woman and using scare tactics to charge extra for auto repairs is not right and what Royal Buick is best at! More
