The sales man, (Justin) ,the finance person, and the customer service man (Landy) were very good.. My disappointment was with the process in the service dept. I attribute that to how large Jerry U'll ha customer service man (Landy) were very good.. My disappointment was with the process in the service dept. I attribute that to how large Jerry U'll has gotten I have been using JU since I moved here 20 years ago and I never felt so much frustration as I did during my recent visit with the service dept. Most of it was with the time it took and how additional problems arose even after it was suppose to be fixed. As JU has grown, I feel I got lost by the process in the service dept. Once I decided to trade my car in and buy a new one, I was very pleased with the personnel involved with that process. I have special needs because of mobility issues and Justin was very sensitive and helpful in finding the car that met my needs. My only disappointment was with amount I got for my trade in. All in all, Landy, Justin and the finance person were great and I appreciate their good work. More
