He anticipated almost every single one of my questions & concerns before I could even articulate them. He was patient & understanding when I wanted to sit in & test drive car after car. While I was probably annoying Lenoard seemed unfazed:) Car shopping usually gives me hives, but this experience was unlike any other! They did what they could to lower my payments. Got me out of my whole and I see light at the end of the tunnel. I am a proud lease of a 2014 Passat and I could not be happier. Now I get a new car 3-4 years instead of being in a car and paying in off till I am in my mid 30s. I will tell friends, family and co workers to go to World VW. Up front and honest people, one of the reasons why I leased a car with them. Thanks! More

Overall good experience I did most of the negotiating through the internet, which made things less painful. This review wants to know why I would recommend this dealer.I would recommend people here because,the staff is friendly.There is no haggling.I told them what I could afford and what I could put down. Igot a firm number that was fair and good for both parties.No B.S. Everything was done in a classy manner.I did not feel like I needed a shower once I left with my new Jetta. I had gotten my last Jetta there also.The people there are good.The finance process was painless and quick.The paperwork in order.Several of the Staff were familiar to me and that is an added bonus. John my sales rep.was easy to deal with and very polite.Plus he`s a metal head also.Iron Maiden.Dave the finance guy was a total pro,justin the MGR. also. I will go back again. I recommend this dealer.Period. More

I went to test-drive a volkswagon beetle...both Jason & Justin were very knowledgable about the product....I loved the way it drove but was very honest about the fact that I would be test-driving other v & Justin were very knowledgable about the product....I loved the way it drove but was very honest about the fact that I would be test-driving other vehicles...they were very low-pressure & friendly...agreeing that it was in my best interest & to let me know how they compared...I have to admit that it was the least anxiety-provoking experience I've ever had in a car dealership...I didn't feel surrounded by sharks as I have at all other dealerships...kudos to them for my positive experience.... 2 years ago I was recommended to World and had a great experience. Got a 2011 GTI. 2 years later, they send me a letter...we can lower you payment and upgrade your car. The next day I showed up and dro experience. Got a 2011 GTI. 2 years later, they send me a letter...we can lower you payment and upgrade your car. The next day I showed up and drove home in my new 2013 GTI . Eazy peazy! The team is great. More
