I purchased a used car from them and after everything is said and done I get a call a week later saying they needed additional money down. I obliged As I was not happy with car after driving it as I found that it was unsafe and severely rusted after having an independent shop and another dealer inspect it. Honda of Ocala should be ashamed of themselves for selling unsafe pre owned vehicles and not settling the financial aspects at the time of purchase. Completely unprofessional business tactics. More

Terrible First Car Buying Experience Larry Lopez was my salesperson and he was so unprofessional. He was extremely rude and disrespectful. His attitude was that he knew it ALL, and the cu Larry Lopez was my salesperson and he was so unprofessional. He was extremely rude and disrespectful. His attitude was that he knew it ALL, and the customer was beneath him. He wasn’t knowledgeable about the car I planned on purchasing and acted as though I was bothering him for asking questions. What a joke! I eventually got fed up with his nasty attitude, that I just up and walked away. So unfortunate, I went into the dealership happy to buy a new car and Larry destroyed that. I will be reporting him to Corporate. Spoke to Jason Saez about an issue I had and he could care less to rectify it. He didn’t care about my concerns and was more focused on eating. For a manager, and the face of Honda, he made a horrible first impression. So unprofessional. He doesn’t care to put the customer first. I will also be reporting him to Corporate. Overall, I had a terrible experience at this dealership. They spoke highly about their “awards” for providing excellent customer service, but failed to deliver just that. Luckily, I went to another dealership and got the deal of a lifetime and The customer service was top notch. The Honda name was definitely redeemed and I could not be happier. I hope that if Larry and Justin are reading this, they take this seriously and do better. You don’t know what people are going through in their lives and a little kindness goes a long way. Don’t forget the importance of the positions you hold and the impact you can make in your customers lives. More

My Husband and I had been considering the Pilot for a while and while I was in for regular service we met with Kevin. He was absolutely a pleasure to work with. He was very personable and professional. He answered all our questions and then some. One of the easiest car buying experiences I have had. Everyone we dealt with was great. I have also been dealing with Doug McKee in the service department since I moved to this area and he’s always been great to work with. More

I can't believe I bought a new vehicle!! I have been saying for four years that I was ready to buy something new. My vehicle had 237,000 miles on it, and I was concerned about possibly being I have been saying for four years that I was ready to buy something new. My vehicle had 237,000 miles on it, and I was concerned about possibly being stranded somewhere. I came to Honda with my sister to check out the Honda HR-V's. I had no intention of purchasing a vehicle that day. Sam Ferron was fantastic! He was patient, informative, and not pushy at all. He took us out for a test drive, and I loved the SUV. I wanted to know what I was looking at financially, and Justin Saez gave me a great purchase price that was within my budget. So, I bought a brand new 2018 Honda HR-V. Ken Daniels, the finance manager, was informative and helpful as well. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. I never felt pressured once. My sister and I had a complimentary lunch at the dealership while we waited to finalize the paper work. I drove off with a new SUV! My experience was nothing like I had expected. It was easy, enjoyable (if you can believe that), and fun! Thank you so much to Sam for all the time he took with me. I hated giving up my old vehicle that I had had for 13 years, but knew it was time. I also received a follow up call the next day from John Simms asking if I had any questions or needed help with anything. I am truly happy with this car dealership's sales department. If you are looking for a new vehicle, this is a great place to come purchase one! More

"We aren't Wal-Mart, we don't give returns" I do not want to waste anymore time with this company then I have to, and after voicing my concern with the car I purchased I got a saleman, Melvin, t I do not want to waste anymore time with this company then I have to, and after voicing my concern with the car I purchased I got a saleman, Melvin, that was willing to go above and beyond, but a manager that was extremely unprofessional and degrading. When I stated Melvin wanted me to take pictures and bring the car in because he wanted his customers happy, Justin responded by saying " that's only happening if Melvin pays out of his pocket." I asked about my warrantee and he said what I meant ones wasn't covered but he can give me a quote on what he would charge me. When I asked the policy about returning the vehicle, he stated I can exchange it, and I asked again so if I wanted to return it less than 24 hours later, he responded, "we aren't Wal-Mart, we don't give returns." I'm very happy with my SUV and really wouldn't trade it in, but the customer service was so poor on management side, I didn't want to give them my business. Again, I understand I bought a used car, but when I try to voice my concerns on their inventory,, I was belittled. Melvin, thank you for your customer service! If the manager was selling the vehicle, I wouldn't of purchased it. More

Recently, we traded our 2013 Prius V to Honda of Ocala for a 2017 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring. Frank Maiorino assisted with the Accord purchase. He is very knowledgable and it was a pleasure to deal with Frank. Between Frank and JJ, we reached an agreeable trade-in value for the Prius, and final sales price for the Accord. We are more than satisfied with Honda of Ocala at this time. More
